Our Business Is Small Business

meehlelaw2Big business wasn’t always big. Every business starts out small. But the needs of a small business are not always the same as the needs of a big business. Shouldn’t your law firm understand that?

At The Meehle Law Firm, we do. Attorney Suzanne D. Meehle specializes in helping small businesses. In fact, that's all we do.

We are a small firm helping small businesses with their everyday legal needs. We form corporations and limited liability companies. We help negotiate and draft contracts including employment agreements, non-compete and confidentiality agreements, leases, licenses, and buy/sell agreements. We help you protect your intellectual property rights in trade names, trademarks, copyrights and trade secrets. And we help you grow your business with consulting services to help you plan, prepare and deal with business problems.

You want a lawyer who meets your business needs and helps you solve problems without burdening you with time away from your business or ridiculously high bills. We believe that you should never be afraid of calling your attorney because of the cost. We want to be your least-expensive employee – a part of your team. We welcome and encourage client contact. Have questions? Ask. That’s what we are here for.

Our Central Florida law firm has a “virtual” law office. That means we use technology to increase our availability to our clients while keepingimagesoverhead low and fees reasonable. You can utilize our services via the phone, the Internet and, yes, face to face. If you prefer, we will come to you. We help you avoid problems by providing legal advice tailored to your unique situation and your industry. Call attorney Suzanne D. Meehle at 407-792-0790

“I think I was bitten by the entrepreneurial bug back then,” Suzanne says. “I loved building my catering business on the side. If I hadn’t moved away I might still be baking dozens of cheesecakes every Holiday Season.”

After college, Suzanne built a career as a Software Systems Engineer and Database Administrator for healthcare and technology firms. She also built a business as an independent contractor and consultant, serving clients such as OrlandoJobs.com, Office Depot and VeArd Computer Research.

  • shannonpicAttorney Shannon N. Davis always wanted to be a lawyer. "When I was six, I wrote a cliché letter: I said I was going to be a doctor, a lawyer AND a baker. That was my goal when I was six."

Two out of three isn't bad. Shannon is an accomplished baker, lavishing cupcakes and other treats on her family and friends, and, of course a lawyer. For now, med school will have to wait!

The 2010 graduate of Barry University School of Law in Orlando, Florida took a detour on her path to becoming a lawyer, spending a few years after graduating with her B.A. in Music from Rollins College in Winter Park as a teacher and tutor for middle school students. Shannon had a real passion for education, helping her students dramatically improve their FCAT match scores. In addition, Shannon is an accomplished Jazz vocalist and musician who freely volunteers her time to her church's music and arts ministries.
