Alternative Billing Model: We strive to be the least-expensive member of your team. We think you should be able to set and stay within a budget for your business’s legal services. We provide our services under alternative billing models that ensure you pay for the value we provide rather than the number of hours we work. Most of our projects are billed on a flat fee basis, with fees quoted up front. When projects will be drawn out over months or years, we work on a retainer basis. In short, we will work within your means and budget as much as possible.

Leveraging Technology: We are technologically savvy, and we recognize that our clients expect to be able to receive services virtually. We leverage technology to create transparency, promote collaboration and provide value. Our clients have access to a secure portal to view the progress of their projects, schedule appointments, communicate with their attorney, pay their bill and more.

Experience: We offer a breadth of experience in a variety of legal and business matters. We will do everything in our power to assist you. If we cannot help you with a particular legal or business matter, we will help you find someone who can.

Going Green: Living in beautiful Central Florida, you can’t help but care about our environment. So we make a point to try to conserve and protect our lakes, rivers, woods, beaches and seas. There is no clear road map for building a green law firm, but we are trying. We constantly look for simple ways to reduce what we put into landfills and reduce our energy consumption. Working from home reduces our carbon footprint compared to commuting to an office Downtown. We find office supplies, furniture and equipment on websites like Craig’s List, Freecycle and Altamonte Goes Green to lessen the amount that we need to buy new. We only print what must be printed and rely on e-mail and other electronic communication as much as possible. We recycle as much paper, plastic and metal as we can, and we compost organic matter that cannot be recycled. We use recycled ink cartridges in our printers. We are continually learning about the best practices for sustainable offices.
