Our Practice

Attorney Suzanne D. Meehle brings both legal and business knowledge to every matter she undertakes on your behalf. We address your immediate legal needs and work with you to help ensure your long-term success.
We provide a broad range of services to help you start, develop and grow your business.
Entrepreneurs and Small Businesses
We believe that all business is small businesses. You deserve that same quality of legal service that is available to big business. We are dedicated to providing tailored services to small businesses throughout Central Florida.
As you grow your businesses, your needs change. We will be there to help you hire, manage and retain employees, protect your business assets, purchase or lease equipment and real estate, and negotiate with manufacturers, distributors and other service providers and independent contractors. And when the time comes, we will be there to help you plan your exit strategy.
A trademark is more than just the name under which you do business. Your trademark IS your business. We help you select, obtain, maintain, protect and enforce your rights at both the state and federal levels in trademarks, service marks, trade dress and trade names.
We provide a broad range of intellectual property transactions, including trademark clearance and registration, copyright registration and protection, licenses, and other intellectual property agreements. We also litigate trade secret, trademark, internet, non-competition, deceptive trade practice, and copyright issues, as well as trademark oppositions and cancellations. While we do not handle patent registration or litigation, we will help you find the right patent agent or attorney to assist you, and we can help navigate your business from invention to product.
We specialize in startup & established small and growing businesses. We offer business consulting services to help you build your business plan, incorporate, determine tax strategy, brand your product, find the services you need and plan for growth.
We can help you identify and protect your business’s proprietary and secret ideas, information and methods from your competitors.
Suzanne Meehle is trained in electronic discovery ("e-discovery") by Kroll OnTrack, one of the leading e-discovery vendors in the United States. She provides litigation assistance and document review services to businesses and other attorneys. In addition she helps her clients to be prepared for e-discovery in the event of litigation, including help in developing document retention policies, litigation holds and electronic evidence preservation.
Litigation Prevention & Litigation
Most small businesses simply cannot afford protracted and expensive litigation. So rather than focusing our litigation practice on litigating conflicts, we focus on litigation avoidance. Litigation is a last resort. We work with you to prevent and mitigate problems before they become disputes. When a dispute arises, if possible, we work for practical business solutions before litigation becomes necessary.
We specialize in serving nomadic clients, in particular “technomads” (for “technology-enabled nomads”). Location independent virtual workers still need a corporate “home” and a lawyer to help them with contracts and formalities.
As a complement to our law practice, we also provide a variety of notary services for your convenience.
