We conduct trademark searches and provide you with our opinion regarding your ability to use and register your chosen mark with the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) or the State of Florida. We also file trademark, trade dress, trade name, and service mark applications with the USPTO and the State of Florida, and file Appeals with the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board (TTAB) once a final Office Action is received. Additionally, We help you manage your trademark registrations so that your investment in your mark is protected as long as you use it.

While we do our best to prevent litigation, when required to do so we also litigate and defend trademark infringement claims, trademark oppositions and cancellations.
