Attorney Suzanne Meehle speaks at two workshops at the Florida Society of Enrolled Agents’ (FSEA) Annual Practice Management on September 17, 2016. The FSEA is the professional society representing Enrolled Agents in Florida. Members are licensed by the U.S. Department of the Treasury to represent taxpayers before all administrative levels of the Internal Revenue Service (IRS), including examination, collection and appeals functions.
Suzanne will teach workshops titled Writing a Real World Business Plan and Drafting Engagement Letters. The classes will carry continuing education credit for the Enrolled Agents in attendance.
Writing a Real World Business Plan teaches attendees how to draft a business plan from start to finish. Specifically, attendees will learn to write a business plan that they can use as a road map to run a business, with real world goals and real world financials.
In Drafting Engagement Letters, attendees will learn to draft ethical and enforceable engagement letters, declination letters, and disengagement letters to protect Enrolled Agents and their clients.
