1. Launch Package: $800 per month

Entity formation, corporate document drafting, registered agent services, trademark knockout search, website Terms of Use and Privacy Policy, and an average of two (2) hours per month of legal work (such as contract drafting, meetings, document review, communication, etc.).

2. Upstart Package: $1100 per month

Entity formation or corporate clean-up (review and draft or update corporate documents as needed), registered agent services, one trademark search and registration (word mark or logo), website Terms of Use and Privacy Policy (draft or update as needed), basic contract package (independent contractor agreement, work for hire agreement, and non-disclosure agreement), and an average of three (3) hours per month of legal work (such as contract drafting, meetings, document review, communication, etc.).

3. Venture Package: $1400 per month

Entity formation or corporate clean-up (review and draft or update corporate documents as needed), registered agent services, two trademark searches and registrations (word and/or logo), website Terms of Use and Privacy Policy (draft or update as needed), basic contract package (independent contractor agreement, work for hire agreement, and non-disclosure agreement), and an average of four (4) hours per month of legal work (such as contract drafting, meetings, document review, communication, etc.).

4. Concierge Package: $3000 per month

Entity formation or corporate clean-up (review and draft or update corporate documents as needed), registered agent services, two trademark searches and registrations (word and/or logo), website Terms of Use and Privacy Policy (draft or update as needed), basic contract package (independent contractor agreement, work for hire agreement, and non-disclosure agreement), up to ten (10) hours per month of legal work (such as contract drafting and negotiations, meetings, document review, etc.), plus unlimited phone calls and emails that do not count towards the allocated hours of legal work.

*The amounts quoted above do not include third party fees or costs, such as state and federal filing fees or trademark search reports. Clients who routinely exceed the number of hours of work allocated in their package may be asked to adjust their package structure to reflect their needs.
